In today’s fast-paced and competitive business world, burnout has become an alarming concern. Business burnout, often referred to as “entrepreneurial burnout,” is a state of physical and mental exhaustion resulting from prolonged and intense work-related stress. This issue affects not only business owners and entrepreneurs but also their employees. In this post, we’ll explore the causes, symptoms, and strategies to prevent and overcome business burnout.
Business burnout happens when you:
- Are overworked
- Have a lack of boundaries
- Cannot delegate
- Have financial pressure

Here’s some ways I combat burnout! (yes I experience it and yes you can and will get through it!)
Number one: delegate tasks or if you don’t have a team create a task list and prioritize your most important tasks first.
Number two: know when to say no. Say no to a new client or a friends coffee date. If you are swamped, take a rest day. It is all about balance and maintaining your mental health.
Number three: keep your finances in order. Hire an accountant or learn a budget and do it well.
Remember, burnout happens and it is ok. Find your groove, take a rest day, or whatever you need to keep progress going.
